How to buy
Buy in our shop is very simple, just choose an item, add it to the basket by clicking on the cart icon and process the order, using the payment method you prefer.

Shipments
We ship to any part of the world.
Shipments will be sent by blue parcel mail to the address provided by the customer.

The normal delivery time for Spain is 4-5 working days from receipt of payment confirmation.

The default shipping address is provided by the customer at the time of filling in the purchase form. If you wish to change the addressee, you can do so by filling in the form in the section dedicated to this purpose.

Customer paying with PayPal should note that the only valid shipping address is the one provided to Ragalaxys, and no address provided to PayPal is valid. Urgent shipments or shipments by courier company have in their entirety the delivery charges due.

  • Spain: 4€ postage.
  • Europe (EU): 7€ postage.
  • Other Countries: 11€ freight.

All items have VAT included.

Payment Methods

To be able to make any purchase at Ragalaxys you will need to register beforehand. Once registered you can place your order. There are several methods for placing an order.

Credit/Debit Card:
The payment is made on BBVA's secure server, through Servired's payment gateway.

Bank Transfer or Account Deposit:
By bank transfer the order will remain in Pending until validating the transaction. During the purchase process you will be informed of your account number, order number, etc... Ragalaxys will inform you of the status of your order via Email.

Using PayPal:
With this fast and secure medium you can make your payment in a few moments. To use it you need to have a PayPal

account

Contra Reimbursement:
This method of payment has an increase of 8€ over the final price of the order (articles + shipping + COD)

Observations

If it is not possible to ship within the pre-determined period of time due to stock shortages, we will inform you by e-mail of the new delivery date. If you do not agree with the new date, we will refund the amount paid by the same means of payment.

Web colours and shades may vary depending on the monitor in which they are displayed. When placing your order, Ragalaxys undertakes not to transfer your personal data to third parties, except to the companies in charge of transport, being necessary for delivery.
